Very. Different vaccines, different formulations, different manufacturers, different schedules.

The WHO has a really nifty online tool we can use to compare Immunization Schedules across countries.
Immunization schedules by antigens

Select a country in the Countries list, select all vaccines in the Vaccines list, click ok. It will show immunization schedules for that country. Mix-and-match between the two lists how you like. All the information is at your fingertips. For example, here is a comparison of schedules for neighboring South Asian countries. The only similarity I see is they give BCG at birth.

How different are baby Immunisation Schedules (vaccination) across countries in different regions?
